Buyers/Tenant Representation Agreements

The buyer's representation agreement it and the agreement between the Agent and the buyer or tenant. 

An Addendum is ADDING TO the contract, an Amendment is a CHANGE TO the contract. 

NOTE: Without a Buyer's/ Tenant Representation Agreement, you are working as a Sub-Agent. Some Sellers/Landlords don't pay commissions to agents working as sub-agents.
