Check-in: 8:30 - 9 am
Morning Circle & Snack: 9 - 9:45 am
Themed Group Activity 1: 9:45 - 10:30 am
Themed Group Activity 2: 10:30 - 11:15 am
Lunch: 11:15 am - 12 pm
Pond Time: 12 - 2 pm
Snack / Change: 2 - 2:30 pm
Themed Group Game: 2:30 - 3:15 pm
Playground Dismissal: 3:15 - 4 pm *weather permitting
List of items to send with your child:
Backpack
Change of clothes
Water Bottle
Packed lunch
Snacks ( We will be providing 2 snacks throughout the day)
Sneakers
Water shoes or shoes for the pond
Swimsuit
Bug spray
Sunscreen
Swimming Pond Schedule:
Memorial: M, W, F
Hapgood: T, Th
*Weather Permitting
Field Trips:
Educational and/or hiking trips will happen once a week. Once they are scheduled, families will be notified that week.
