Camp starts at 9am from Monday to Friday.
Drop off starts at 9am on the lower playground where a staff member will greet you and check your child(ren) in on the roster.
If you arrive after 9am, please call the camp phone, drive around to the back of the camp, and we will let you in through the backdoor of the lunch room.
Please do not drop off or leave your child(ren) unattended if you arrive before 9am since there will be no staff members outside to watch them.

Camp ends at 4pm every day, and pick-up starts at 3:30pm and goes until 4pm.
If you are running late or need to pick up your child(ren) early, please call the Camp Phone to inform Devon Collins.
Campers will be picked up at the designated locations.
For safety reasons, please remain in your car and do not get out since we need to be able to see all accompanying adults and check the campers off on the rosters before they are released to your care.

Please inform Devon Collins in advance via phone call or email if you need to arrange for an early pick-up of your camper(s).
This will help ensure that your camper(s) are ready for pick-up and will minimize any disruption to the camp's schedule.

Please drive around to the back of the school for pick-up or drop-off during inclement weather.
A staff member will greet you and bring your child(ren) to your car.
This procedure will ensure that your camper(s) can be picked up or dropped off safely and efficiently, while also minimizing any potential exposure to inclement weather conditions.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the start of a camp day.

Cancellation Policy:If you need to cancel your child's registration, please do so at least 24 hours prior to the start of the camp to avoid any cancellation fees. We understand that things come up, and we want to give other campers the opportunity to join the camp if your child cannot make it. You can provide a cancellation notice via phone call or email.
