How to request a shipping label on Procurify:
You only need to follow these steps if you would like your Library order shipped to your home address or if you need an Enrichment Return Shipping Label.
Step 2: Select "Request"

Fill "Family Name", "Student Name" and "Date Required" as usual.
Step 4: Select "+ Add from catalog"

Step 5: Type "Lending Libary" in the search bar

You will need one Lending Library shipping label request per location that you ordered from. Please follow the same steps for shipping your library returns.
If you would like to return Enrichment Material select "Lending Library (Enrichment Returns Shipping) "
If you are placing an order for "Enrichment Returns Shipping" this cost will show as a $40 flat rate.
If you are placing an order for Lending Library Shipping from either location, this will show as a $25 flat rate, and our librarians will adjust the cost when they package your order to the rate we are being charged by our shipping vendor.
There are no refunds for shipping labels, as we are charged each time the label is created by an outside vendor.
