Instructions and Information

How to set up your student's library account:

1) Go to the Library Website here: LENDING LIBRARY ORDERING SITE

2) Select "Sign In"

3) Login Name: Type in your student's local ID #

This is the 5 digit number that can be found in your student's Procurify account. You may also reach out to your HST to obtain the local ID #. Your student's local ID # will remain the permanent Login Name moving forward, so please do not attempt to change this. Don't forget to save your Login Name and Password for future use.

Do not enter a password the FIRST TIME you log in.

4) Once you have logged in, Click on "My Account"

5) Click "Change Login/ Password" - There you can create a password for your student.

Please note: If you have multiple students, each student will have their own account. You will need to repeat the previous steps for each student.

If your student is new to Blue Ridge, and you have tried the previous steps with no success, please email lendinglibrary@theblueridgeacademy.com with your student's name and local ID. We will need to create a new account for your student.


Here is how to place an order:


Step 1: To access the Blue Ridge Lending

Library Catalog go to,

https://theblueridgeacademy.mlasolutions.com/

Step 2: Use your student’s local ID as the “log in

name/barcode”.

Step 3: After using your Local ID to log in go to

‘My Account’ to change your password. Please do not change username.

Step 4: Click on "Select Library" to narrow down your search by location. Uncheck the location that you do NOT want to order from. (Ex: Uncheck "Acton" if you only want to order from San Dimas). You will leave "Blue Ridge Library" checked, in addition to your preferred library.







Step 5: Search for items by title, author, subject,

or ISBN. You can search for novels, readers,

games, puzzles, science experiments, musical

instruments, and other educational items. We

also have curriculum in all subjects.

Step 6: Click on the orange title to see

availability


Step 7: Make sure that the item you are choosing is from your desired location.

Step 8: Select "Reserve" which will place your items on "hold". Once our librarian has checked the item out to your student, the status of the item will change to "loan".

Step 9: If you want your order shipped to you,

go to Procurify to request a shipping label

under the product catalog (select Lending Library

Shipping). We will adjust the price of shipping

when we have your package together.


We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up to schedule a pick up time.
If you would prefer to pick up your order, we will notify you, letting you know that your order is ready for pick up
as well as the times and dates we are offer pick up options.
