- Sensible and polite behaviour is expected from the children at all times. This is a wonderful opportunity to see The Blue Coat School Values being acted out in a broader context and we expect our children to be setting a brilliant example to the people who meet and see them along the way.
- Pupils are never allowed to wander off by themselves. They may be split into smaller groups to shop or explore, but on these occasions they will always be in groups of at least four or more.
- Duty Free - legally children are not allowed to buy alcohol or tobacco for themselves or adults.
- Pupils may not buy any medicines. The staff will have access to a comprehensive supply of first aid on all visits.
- Parents should contact Mrs Carroll if their son or daughter suffers from travel sickness, or has any special medical need. All parents must have completed the IMPORTANT INFORMATION FORM that details passport, medical and emergency contact information.
- If parents do not want their child to participate in any activity, they should inform Mrs Redfern before departure.
