As the French Trip draws to a conclusion for another year, we asked the children for a few memories. Here are a few of their comments:
“We wouldn’t have missed it for the world! One of the best experiences of our lives.”
Isaac and Luca
“We have had the most amazing time on our French trip and we have loved every minute of it. Tuesday was really interesting with both the Commonwealth and German memorial visits. All of the soldiers were very brave.”
Caitlin and Ava
“I loved hiding in the trenches at the Passchendaele Museum with Mrs L-G's group and scaring a few people.”
Lily
“My most terrifying moment of the week was getting scared by Mrs L-G's group I the trenches at Passchendaele. I loved Parc Astérix and Aqualud.”
Faaris
“Parc Astérix was the best. I loved all of the rides and facing challenges with my friends.”
Natasha
“The French Trip introduced me to challenges that I never would have attempted. Parc Asterix was just fantastic! There were endless opportunities to have fun for everyone.”
Shakthi
“Fantastic! Such a great opportunity to get closer to your closest friends. You learnt how to face your fears at Aqualud and Parc Astérix. I have never laughed so much before. Thank you…”
Lauren
“My favourite part of the week was going on the Black Hole at Aqualud. It was so thrilling.”
Dhruv
“Aqualud was amazing! I pushed myself to do the Twister and, in the end, I loved it!”
Chloe
“We had the BEST TIME ever! “
Narayan and Harkeerat
“The French Trip introduced me to challenges that I would never have attempted. Thank you!”
Kate
“I am so sad the week is over!”
Gracie
It has truly been a week of making rich memories. Sunshine or rain, being surrounded by friends makes every experience more special?
As we near BCS with two coach loads of tired, happy children, it’s time to bid French Trip 2019 adieu. We hope you’ve enjoyed looking at the photos and reading the blog.
À bientôt!
