The time-travelers orbited the planet earth several times to have a look at some distance of the planet. However, at night, the earth looked strange, there was barely darkness on it, and lights illuminated the darkness almost everywhere. Maybe the people living in this decade were afraid of the dark, and obviously they didn´t think about their power-consumption.

People use electricity for many things everyday, energy is used to for light in houses, and to power phones and games, but energy can’t last forever, It has a limit of time because most of our energy comes from non-renewable sources. Most of this air pollution we cause results from the burning of fossil fuels, such as coal, oil, natural gas, and gasoline to produce electricity and power our vehicles.
Renewable energy is not the only solution. One disadvantage with renewable energy is that it is difficult to generate the quantities of electricity that are as large as those produced by traditional fossil fuel generators. Renewable energy often relies on the weather for its source of power. Hydro generators need rain to fill dams to supply flowing water. So we still can’t produce enough energy as our usage gets higher.

Solutions
- Save energy by remembering to turn it off when not using it
- Don't have so many items that use lots of energy and use more energy efficient items
- Don't using it too much
- Recharge if needed, but when it's done, take it off the charger immediately
