Any one with exposure to music in India will acknowledge Carnatic music.

Telugu songs - ఎందరో మహానుభావులు అందరికీ వందనము -- Tribute to Saint Thyagaraja,

నానాటి బతుకు నాటకము --Tribute to Saint Annamacharya are my personal favorites.

Listen to Rendition by M.S.Subbulakshmi.

Manam Thazhaikka, Neer Peruga, Neethi Sezhikka, Paadungal. (Thamizh)

Singing improves your health in every way possible. Irrespective of whether you are trained or not, just sing along with

the best musicians.

I am indebted to Lyricist's Bharathiyar, Kannadasan, Vairamuthu, Vaali, Bharathidasan, Kalki Krishnamurthy,

Ex Chief Ministers Arignar Anna, M.Karunanidhi and many others since inception of Thamizh. Music with Lyrics convey

emotions that can never be experienced otherwise (empathized based on others experience).

Considering that many of the lyricists have multilingual background, I have an opinion that many might have written

content in other languages too.

I certainly think the same about literary works too. People from multiple geographies might have contributed to the content

we read in every language. This includes famous French (Famously referred as  conducive for Music due to its syllables),

Italian, Austria, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Arab, Urdu, Persian, Greek, Latin, Spanish, Syrian, Roman, Sanskrit and Hindi

authors. I would be ignorant if i don't write about languages spoken by many indigenous tribes around the world. I don't

have much exposure, but most basic syllables denoting emotions are borrowed  from them. So every one of us should work

towards identifying the roots of words.

Even though I have listened to songs from multiple languages, I was educated in Thamizh and English. Since I grew up in

southern India, I can relate to the experience while living in the United States of America. It is really a global experience,

considering we all share the same values.

The values might have changed in some geographies due to climate and other geographic limitations. However, the core

values that have been imbibed in movies and cultural artifacts show that we started with common ethical and cultural system.

Various languages and religious variants have developed. But focus on leading a healthy life without disease or violence

requires mindful practice. Hopefully, we all can agree to move forward towards life without use of  weapons and toxic

susbtances that lead to loss of quality of life. Avoiding practices that lead to diseases is prudent.

Certainly, there has been influence of world music in India and other countries. However, it is clear that influence of

Industrialization that started in United States of America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia has had  profound exchange

of ideas. Such exchange should improve further without recurrence of conflicts that lead to loss of economic growth and

progress. Age of piracy, slavery and hostility should be retired to build better value for everyone.
