Kunnakudi Vaidyanathan, Dr.Balamuralikrishna, M.S.Viswanathan, Veenai S.Balachander, K.V.Mahadevan and many other commendable Music Directors in Thamizhnadu have led to adoption of International Music with colloquial mix that is relatable to common people.

There are many eminent musicians who led the renaissance in the Sanfrancisco Bay Area and United States of America. 

Mr.Ravishankar is one of them.  We need Zakir hussain on Tabla, Vikku Vinayakram, Mandolin Srinivas, Percussion by 

Sivamani, Flute by Hariprasad Chaurasia, Kadri Gopalnath.  There are so many people who have conquered the minds and 

hearts of people all  over the world without touching a weapon. ABBA, Michael Jackson, Beatles and Boney M are 

clear examples of collaboration across the world. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and his operas are still remembered. 

Yanni and Caruso are still playing their melodies. Johann Sebastian Bach and Beethoven are inspiring. 

This leads me to pay homage to S.P.Balasubrahmanyam - born on June 4 - He renditioned many unforgettable melodies, 

inimitably. Malaysia Vasudevan made singing look like speaking eloquently. Listen to Jayachandran and K.J.Yesudas sing 

to your soul. Every song is unique.  Singers Mohammed Rafi (S.P.B called him as his inspiration) and Mukesh are awesome.

O.P.Nayyar, Shankar Jaikishen, Mohammed Khayyam, Salil Choudhary, R.D.Burman, S.D.Burman are some of the greatest music directors from India.

When S.M.Subbiah speaks, everyone listens - listen to Konjum Salangai -- Singaara Velane -- S. Janaki is mesmerising.
