Our Heritage:
Takapuna Grammar School has a long and proud history of playing cricket, and producing great cricketers, including one New Zealand’s best ever, Bert Sutcliffe. Other TGS students who have had great careers for North Shore, Auckland and as Black Caps include Jack Cowie, Danny Morrison, Paul Hitchcock and Richard Jones.
