Add 2 tsp chocolate powder to milk (3 tsp for 350 ml)

12–16g (double shot) ground coffee

Syrup (e.g. Hazelnut or Irish Cream)
Technique:
Aerate milk
Pour shot of syrup (15ml) into the glass
Extract the espresso shot
Stir
Follow the same instructions as for latte

6–8g (single shot) ground coffee
12–16g (double shot) ground coffee
Ice
Chilled milk
Whipped cream
Garnish: chocolate or cinnamon powder
Technique:
Extract shot of espresso
Add sugar if required
Allow to cool
Fill tall glass with ice
Pour espresso over ice
Fill up to ¾ with chilled milk
Stir well
Top with whipped cream
