FUNdations is multisensory, structured, systematic, cumulative and explicit phonics program.  It has a clear and thoroughly documented research base and evidence of it's effectiveness.  It focuses on student development by meeting students' instructional needs and actively engaging them in their learning. Fundations provides multisensory instruction in  phonics, spelling, fluency, and cursive. Please note, you will not be receiving a weekly spelling list this year, but practice activities are available on SpellingCity, build words tiles, and the at home practice tests. Links for these activities are all available on this webpage. The students can also access many of the resources by using the links on the daily slides or in Google Classroom. Students will be tested on applying the spelling pattern of the weekly lessons.
