The Job Shadowing experience represents one of the most practical and immersive pillars of the Erasmus+ KA1 mobility. Unlike structured courses, this activity allows our teachers to spend a period in a partner school abroad, observing "shadowing" European colleagues during their daily teaching and management activities.
