Google Mail: A web based email system that enables users to access information even while “offline” when an Internet connection is not available. With G Suite Basic, Gmail includes 30 gigabytes of storage space per user account to enable users to keep their emails rather than deleting or archiving them to avoid reaching mailbox quotas. With G Suite for Business, Gmail users will have unlimited storage per user account.

Google Calendar: A web based calendar system that makes it easy for users to organize schedules, share information, set up meetings or view agency-wide events.
