VITA has worked with our supplier Tempus Nova to negotiate a comprehensive Master Services Agreement (MSA) with contractual terms that protect and cover public bodies who can benefit from discounted volume pricing. VITA has done the heavy lifting vetting the Google solution, selecting a supplier, and negotiating most favorable pricing so each public body does not have to do so.
