Using A Survey to Collect and Analyze Feedback from Students Anonomously
Surveys are a great way to see what help student's might need after the first day, after a difficult assignment, or halfway through the course to see what other resources they might need or questions they might have regarding the course. It is not a course evaluation, but a way to collect information on one particular topic. Below are the directions for creating a survey within D2L (can be anonymous).
Below the directions are some questions, that I have used after the first day of class. These questions can help you know what might need further explanation.
