Using Frequently Asked Questions to Enhance Adult Learners Success in Your Course

This section provides examples of "Frequently Asked Questions" with answers that are specific to a D2L course page. These questions are provided in a document that you can download. I suggest putting the questions and answers in your content section as one module. Enter each question as a new file or put them in one file. Reason for using FAQ questions in your course shell:

The FAQ's that I put in my course shell are either specific to my course or questions that are asked about D2L items. The reason I decided to put these in my course is to provide the learner with a way to find the answer to general questions immediately rather than waiting for me to answer an email. I make sure to point out this section to my students on the first day and give an overview of the FAQs they can use a resource for their questions. You will note that I put a statement to remind them that they can send an email anytime they need to notify me or need assistance. I also put a news item with an explanation of the FAQ section and the link to the section.
