There are many ways to be mindful, this week look through the website and find some videos or other resources that you like. There are videos/resources about deep breathing, stretches, drawing, positivity and so much more! Have fun finding something that works for you.

If you want to do the next activity, make an origami boat. You will need a piece of paper and patience to make this boat! Good luck.

Practice peaceful pause sometime this week, whether you are feeling angry or happy. You can also play the Freeze game with your family. When you freeze think of a happy thought, do deep breathing, or count!
Week 1
Before you watch the video, think what is mindfulness? It's okay if you don't know.
After watching the video, think of 3 ways you can be mindful.
After you watch the video about what mindfulness is, complete this activity.
After you watch both videos, make sure one time this week you practice sitting quietly and find 5 different sounds around you in a room. Really focus on the sounds after you figure out what they are. Then, draw a picture of the sounds and how they make you feel or write a detailed paragraph about it. Good luck!
