For Tearfund to be able to correctly process and settle invoices we require that the following information be included in any invoices you submit to us:

• Must be addressed to Tearfund. Our address is: Tearfund, 100 Church Road, Teddington, TW11 8QE. Please also include the name of your contact at Tearfund.

• Your address and VAT registration number (If applicable)

• The date the invoice was created

• A unique invoice number that has not previously been used to invoice Tearfund.

• The purchase order number (this is included in the purchase order Tearfund sent you e.g UK00012345.

• A clear description of the goods or services provided and the date of supply

• For each description, the quantity supplied, the rate of VAT (if applicable) and the amount payable excluding VAT.

• The Sub Total

• The VAT

• The total to pay (Sub Total + VAT)
