In 2020, we concluded an Alumni Impact Study with 200 Alumni, along with a wider Alumni Engagement Survey which saw a 45% completion rate. Detailed insights have been captured in the Alumni Impact Report, but here are some key highlights:
With a NPS of 40, Teach For India continues to be the largest Fellowship
Teach For India Alumni have founded 168 organisations over the last 11 years, more than ISB or IIM Ahmedabad Alumni
33 million or 1 in 10 children in India are being served in some capacity by our Alumni
The Teach For India Alumni community is 3400+ members strong, of which 77% are working in the Social Sector; of which 34% are working in schools and communities and 43% are in indirect pathways/governments

Start Strong: 95% of graduating Fellows are able to identify and embark on a journey that enables them to work towards educational equity, simultaneously fulfilling their personal aspirations and allowing them to thrive.
Stay Committed: 100% of Alumni are actively contributing and working towards Educational Equity no matter where they are.
Sustain Impact: 95% of all Alumni continue to have the clarity, awareness and access to opportunities to work towards ed equity while fulfilling their personal aspirations
Aggregate Impact: 90% of all Alumni working within the puzzle piece pathways at any time
Be influential: 20% of Alumni in influential positions by decade 2 of their journey; 40% of Alumni in influential positions by decade 3 of their journeys
