How to make dough

This activity starts by drawing a ninja step-by-step. Then you can add three things that you look forward to doing during this time at home. This drawing is suggested for K-2, but you can definitely try the advanced drawing if you want!

In this activity, we will be drawing ourselves as ninjas. In this activity we will draw the pig step-by-step. Then you can turn your "stick" into whatever you choose.

Robots - Week 2

This week we will look at some of the different supplies you can use to create at home. We are using robots as our subject, but you can use any subject that you would like! The demo covers collage, texture rubbing over a cardboard collage, and painting with home-made liquid watercolor. Please take this week to try something new using the materials that you have at home!

Let's Create!

In this video, we will be talking about collage and the types of materials we can use to create a robot collage. I will then make a collage out of cardboard from my recycle bin and use that to do a crayon texture rubbing. Finally, I will show you how you can make your own watercolor paint from old markers and use it to paint your crayon rubbing. Whew!
