Virtual Track and Field Day

The school year would not be complete without Track and Field Day. Below are 3 files and the Google Slide. The first 3 files are: an equipment list that you will need, a score card for you. When you are ready, you can then open the Goodle Slide in Presentation Mode (to the left) and follow the directions. At the end of the first slide you can click on the picture of me with the mega phone to view a short video. After that click on the cones and objects to participate in the activities. It is always more fun when you participate with your family. As always, stay safe and be active!!!

Second Rotation: Week 2 of 4 week PE Challenge

We are going to do the PE Challenge for a second circuit. Please click on the link below to see our 4 week at home Physical Education activities. Each week has a 5 day program for you to follow. I would like to see you try and do both of each days activities. I would suggest 1 in the morning and another in the afternoon. In addition, in the green on the left are "Daily Choices" that can be done with our activities as well. As always, HAVE FUN, STAY ACTIVE, AND STAY SAFE!
