Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Patrick Fugere is the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Senior Army Instructor at Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School in Fort Worth, Texas. Lieutenant Colonel Fugere has been teaching JROTC at DHJ since August 20122. LTC Fugere believes that if you want to be successful, you need a solid education! He is excited to work with students to achieve their academic goals.

Sergeant Major Paulette Nash is the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) Army Instructor at Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School in Fort Worth, Texas. She believes that successful students become successful adults. Sergeant Major Nash prepares students to become responsible, successful adults by coaching, mentoring, and teaching engaging lessons that build skills in leadership, personal growth and behavior, citizenship, decision-making, health and fitness, first aid, team building, service learning, and geography. She encourages her students to improve their community by working collaboratively with others in their school and neighborhood. This is her eleventh year teaching JROTC at Diamond Hill-Jarvis High School.
Sergeant Major Nash holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. She is a graduate of the prestigious U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy. She also holds a Texas Educator Certification in Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) for grades 6-12.
Her military awards and decorations include: Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 5 oak leaf clusters, Army Commendation Medal with 4 oak leaf clusters, Army Achievement Medal with 7 oak leaf clusters, Joint Meritorious Unit Award 2nd award, Army Superior Unit Award, Army Good Conduct Medal 8th Award, National Defense Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star, Afghan Campaign Medal with 1 Bronze Star, Korean Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 4, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, NATO Medal, Drill Sergeant Badge, Army Recruiter Badge with 3 Sapphire Stars, Air Assault Badge and the Expert Marksmanship Badge.
Sergeant Major Nash retired from the United States Army after serving 25 years on active duty. She served in numerous assignments in the continental United States, overseas, and in combat operations. She is married and has two sons.
