Please find below the form for entering an act in a school assembly. Please be aware that you MUST have a teacher supervisor or sponsor to enter your act. If auditions need to occur prior to entering the piece, please complete these with the appropriate teacher (e.g. all dance pieces need to be approved by Ms. J.)

Assembly/Performance Date: Tuesday, April 21st, 4pm-5pm - Auditorium
Assembly/Performance Rehearsal Date: Monday, April 20th, period 2+lunch - auditorium

Stage Auditions (dance/drama/singing/single instrument/etc.): Tuesday, April 14, 3:30pm-4:30pm in the auditorium
MC Auditions: Wednesday, April 15, 3:30pm-4:30pm in the auditorium
Live Band Auditions: Thursday, April 16, 3:30pm-4:30pm in the Band Room (rm 164)
WE NEED
**Once your form has been submitted, it will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation email that your entry has been received. Every member of your group MUST attend the audition. Any member who does not attend will be cut.

For submission of music, videos or PowerPoint files, please upload the file(s) to your Google Drive and share directly with the Stage Crew (WHCIstagecrew@gmail.com).
All submissions must occur by the deadlines above. Otherwise, your submission(s) will not be included in your performance.
No other method of submission will be accepted!
