The auditorium is an amazing place to host your class for a variety of events! Performances, movies and videos, spoken presentations, and so many more options! If the auditorium is a place you would like to use for an upcoming event, you will need to place a request for the space, using the button below. You will receive confirmation of your event and stage crew to set up and breakdown your event.
Please be aware that the auditorium is not only a performance venue but first and foremost, a classroom. You will not be able to book your desired space if there is a permanent class scheduled in that time slot. Please make sure that you check the Auditorium & Stage Crew calendar (available to WH staff only) to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
After requesting Stage Crew personnel, you will need to fill out a Performance & Lighting forms for each of the numbers/dances/acts in your performance.
This Form includes important information that every act must fill out and submit. For example:
What video/music file is being played for your performance and what the file name is so we can match up properly.
Is there talking at the same time as the media is being played? Where is the speaker standing? Do you need light on the speaker?
The name of the contact person that will be present at the dress rehearsal in case of questions from crew.
Whether you need simple lights (white stage, or light the pit, or only podium light, etc.) or something more complex (anything more than 1 cue is considered complex).
All lighting cues needed (maximum 7 cues)
These forms must be submitted a minimum of 5 business days before your event, so that staffing assignments can happen during our weekly meeting. If you miss this deadline, I cannot guarantee that you will have staff or equipment ready for your event.
To see examples of all lighting effects before filling out your form, please check out our Lighting Examples page for Woburn events.

If you are interested in performing in any assemblies during the school year (open only to West Humber Students and Staff), you will need to fill out an Assembly Performance Request Form. Please be aware that the deadlines for applying to specific assemblies are quite strict and the form will no longer accept any more requests once the deadline has passed. This allows the Assembly organizer(s) enough time to properly organize the assembly and ensure that the student body and staff experience a professionally planned out performance that is enjoyable for all!
For submission of music, videos or slideshow components, please upload the file(s) to your google account and share directly with the Stage Crew (WHstagecrew@gmail.com)
