Ingredients:
4 cups heavy cream divided into 2 equal portions
500g chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
Divide the cream into 2 equal portions.
Chop up the chocolate into rough chunks.
Heat half of the cream until just below the boiling point.
Mix in the chocolate chunks until smooth
Add the other half of the cream.
Set in the fridge overnight.
Whip until peaks form and serve.
