Applying to the PA Program At Yorkdale:

Admission to the PA Program at Yorkdale is a competitive process and consists of 2 steps.

STEP 1:  Eligibility

To Apply for the PA Program you must have the following minimum prerequisite:

• ENG3C 60% or higher within the last 5 years

OR

• a competitive mark on the Yorkdale English Assessment Test.  To book your assessment test click here

Please note:  

• we do not accept Private College transcripts.

• these requirements are the minimum required but  will not necessarily make you competitive with other applicants for spots in the program

STEP 2:  Interview/Quiz

Applicants will complete a program based Quiz and interview Form.

(Currently this is an online interview/quiz, but when allowed it will return to being in-person)

STEP 3: Acceptance

Acceptance will be based on the English level and Quiz/Interview results.  

Not everyone who applies will be accepted. 

Please Note:  If you are not accepted you can upgrade the prerequisite or you can take the Introduction to Healthcare Program which is a Pre-PA pathway to the PA Progam.
