HOME OF THE RAVENS
Students within the program will complete cross curricular integration projects in Mathematics, Science, and Computer Studies in Grades 9 and 10.
In Grade 11, students must take at least one of Grade 11 Biology or Physics, Enriched University Mathematics, and one of Enriched University Computer Science or Grade 12 University Ideas Worth Sharing.
In addition, Grade 12 students will take one STEM-based university level course. The main focus is for senior students to make sure they have all the prerequisites required for their university program(s) of choice.
The STEM @ Runnymede program is designed to empower students to reach their highest potential by providing extensive enrichment both within and outside the classroom.
Reach Ahead and Competition
All STEM @ Runnymede students benefit from reach-ahead opportunities in their studies. To sharpen critical thinking and analytical skills, students participate annually in a variety of university contests and academic challenges.
In addition to these opportunities, students are expected to fulfill additional grade-specific requirements. All details regarding these mandatory requirements can be found in the STEM @ Runnymede Passport.
