Procedural Writing
Use the link below to write and submit a procedural text. You can write a rough copy on paper first. The good copy must be submited using the form below.
Topics:
How to use an ipad or a computer
How to plan for a trip from Ontario to the Great Lakes. (Please think about what you would pack, e.g clothes, how you would get there what you would need e.g map, means of transportation, etc.). See the Social Studies video to help understand where you are going.
Wednesday
Read for 20 minutes on Epic! Share what you read with a loved one. What was your favourite part of your book? What do you want to read next?
Record your answer on your device or take a picture of your writing to share with you teacher.
Thursday
Media Literacy
Create a poster for your window with a message of hope or a thank you to essential workers in our community. Essential workers are doctors, nurses, paramedics, firefighters and people who work in grocery stores. Think of Glen Ravine's mission statement; "Pride, respect, and responsibility".
Friday
Introduction to Poetry
