Heydon Park is pleased to host our Transitions Fair for families in the MID Life Skills program on Saturday, March 7th, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.  This event will bring together colleges, community organizations, and employment service providers to support students as they plan for life after high school. 

Families will have the chance to learn about programs, resources, and supports available beyond graduation.  Parents and caregivers of our MID LIfe Skills learners are encouraged to attend and begin exploring pathways and next steps with their child.
