General Affairs Office
The General Affairs Office is an administrative support unit, mainly in charge of supporting teaching and learning activities, effectively implementing annual budgets and project subsidies, arranging good learning environments, and optimizing the campus environment. It consists of three groups: the General Affairs Group, the Cashier Group, and the Document Group.
The groups are in charge of procurement and bidding operations, campus safety and property management, environmental conservation engineering, resource conservation and management, document and file management, project control, various cost receipts and disbursements, cashier affairs, and financial management.
