1. To cultivate basic professional and technical talents in architecture and civil engineering to train students’ professional skills, such as: map reading, architectural drawing, creative design, surveying, computerized drafting, BIM for construction projects, etc.

2. To cultivate students' skills and enhance their competence and to train students to acquire Grade C skills certification and Grade B certification. 

3. To strengthen students' competence in general subjects to lay a good foundation for further study in the university of science and technology to help students qualified for further education or well-prepared for employment.
