Yes, I had to special order my Jeep to get the manual transmission and the crank windows. There is no global positioning built into the vehicle. The phones have location set to "ON" but I have the choice to turn it all off and use my brain and a map.

It's a Jeep thing. The cab of my Jeep includes two phones with different sim cards to do two totally different tasks:
- The Moto phone by the booster answers the office number since I am not there much and runs through the car. It runs Android Auto as well for podcasts and the like.
- The top phone is a Pixel phone which connects to my ear bud not the car and, in this application, is primarily for voice.
- The antenna on the roof is the source of the most variation. I play with antennas a lot.

Everyone has a different view on office space. I do have and use our office in Medford when I am in town. I use MOBILE connectivity via Verizon wireless in the car and at home ("The Hut") to the tune of 50GB a month. There is a trick to that, BTW. A big part of our service is matching your needs to available technology in rural areas.
