4. Train self-motivated individuals as successors: for the prospects of tchoukball, we need to provide a multi-faceted learning process to train young, self-motivated individuals.

-- allow one more assistant, under the age of 30, to accompany their respective member of the executive committee to attend meetings or tournaments in Taiwan, free of charge

--start a learning experience for young international volunteers: providing opportunities for work exchange with FITB and they can assist with events.
