5. Authorizing continental federations and regional federations: provide funds and set up key countries.

--Increase funding for continental championships, to 60%. (It is 50% at this time)

--Sponsor equipment for regional championships (such as East Asia federation, South Asia federation and South-East Asia federation in Asia, with at least 3 member countries)

--Provide training for key countries for development within each continent. Taiwan and other top-ranking countries can send over their teams to help with training but the key country is obliged to assist other nearby countries.
