If you find yourself having to send the same email multiple times to different people, then you might like the Canned Response lab. This lab allows you to create a template which you can pop into an email and then all you need to do is make minor changes to personalize the email.
STEP 1: Enable Canned Response in Gmail:

STEP 3: Use the Canned Response in a New Message or Reply:
NOTE: Your canned responses are stored in your All Mail with the Draft label so do not delete all the emails in your Draft label or your canned responses will be gone.
Activity 1:
1. Create a Canned Response for your parents that lists your classroom supply list
2. Call the Canned Response "Room101SupplyList
3. Send a Miguel Guhlin (mguhlin@tcea.org) an email using your canned response.
Have you ever clicked send on an email and wish you could stop the email from sending? With the Undo Send lab you can have up to 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds to stop the email from leaving your Inbox.
Enable Undo Send in Gmail:
Next time you send an email, you will see a little yellow box pop up at the top of your email. Click on UNDO.

1. Enable Undo Send and set your time period.
