Student Life
Friendship, Fun, and Fulfilment at St. Joan
Once textbooks close and the bell rings, the action begins at St. Joan. We have a wide variety of student activities that enrich students, give them opportunities to explore their interests or discover new ones.

Jillian Rosse Arco - SAC PRESIDENT 2023-24-Message
Dear Mavs,
I'm Jillian Rosse Arco, and I'll lead your student advisory council throughout the 2023–2024 academic year. I'm here to help improve our school and ensure that my fellow students have a remarkable high school experience, to the best of my ability,
I was actively involved in several school activities during my time at St. Joan of Arc, including Camp O, Choir, Dance, the Cheer Team, the Newcomers program, and doing the morning announcements.
As someone who had immigrated from the Philippines and immediately enrolled in high school in Canada, I had no prior experience with the educational system or social circle. Since I did not have the chance to learn because of the pandemic, I would like my fellow students to be given the chance, I realized how much I wanted to boost the school spirit among the students and welcome newcomers to high school and Canada. I was fortunate to meet many students with experiences and stories to share.
I welcome you all to St. Joan as the president of your student council for this school year 2023-2024.
