Specific Requirements 

1. An Enriched Drama student does not require previous experience but should feel comfortable moving and speaking in order to demonstrate performance potential. 

2. An Enriched Drama student must have an appreciation of dramatic performance as a means of personal and artistic development. 

Audition Requirements 

Part 1 - Book Your Audition

1. Register for an in-person audition being held on November 12, 2026  at St. Patrick CSS

2. Auditions are being held between 3:20 PM - 7:00 PM

3. A Google Form to register for an audition time will be available soon 

4. Audition registration due: TBD

Part 2 - In-person Audition

1. On the day of the audition (November 13), students will take part in short drama activities and perform one monologue (125-250 words) in a one-on-one setting with a drama teacher. 

2. Auditionees may perform a monologue of their choice (published) OR, choose one of the monologues from the selection of monologues provided HERE. 

3. Tip: memorization of the monologue is suggested but not required.   

Part 3 - Interview 

1. Students will take part in a short interview - the goal of the interview is to learn more about the student, their creative potential and where their interests lie in the Performing Arts.  

   1. 1. 1. • Example questions:  Are you involved in any extracurricular groups or sports? When and how did you become interested in performing? 

Day of Audition

1. When arriving for the audition, please enter the St. Patrick school building through the front doors (north side of the building, off Felstead Ave).

2. Please arrive in advance of your scheduled audition to sign in. 

3. Student helpers will be on hand for registration and to direct you to a designated waiting area. 

4. It is suggested that you wear casual, comfortable clothing to the audition.
