Google Meet
Ending a Google Meet
The Host of the Meet can now choose to end a meeting for all participants or allow participants to stay on the call after they leave.
Best practice - Teachers
Teachers should always use “End the Call” when working with students
All students will be removed automatically
All breakout rooms will end
Quick access automatically switches off and students can’t rejoin without you
Best Practice - Admin
You may want to use “Just leave the call” for staff meetings
In this option, the Meet will stay open for anyone else in the call
