This is beneficial before meeting to check in with how the members are feeling during finals weeks or any time that seems helpful to know the state of your members.
Tips to making it productive:
Reach out to members with have in low ratings
Revise the length of the meeting depending on the overall response of the chapter
Add time for self-care during events when responses are low
Through snaps, moments of check-in, reflection time, color, or yoga/meditiation

Get up and move! Sometimes, your chapter might just get up and get the blood flowing
Bottom-to-top: start by flexing your toes while you take a deep breath in, and relax them on the exhale. Next flex your ankles on the inhale, and relax on the exhale. Move up the body doing every single body part until you get up to your head. This exercise helps you focus on breathing as well as identifying tension within your body and releasing it.
4-7-8: breathe in for four seconds, hold for seven seconds, exhale for eight seconds. Repeat as many times as needed.
4-2-6: same as above, but a little easier if holding for 7 seconds feels uncomfortable.
5/5: breathe in for five seconds, breathe out for five seconds.
