Just because your chapter has done it in the past does not mean it works for your chapter now! Not everything has to be a tradition!
This tool allows chapters to evaluate and refine their programs while focusing on (Keep) What is working, (Stop) what is no longer working/blocking progress, and (Start) what are we going to try new/adjust and improve! It is important to be specific when evaluating each program. The more detail, the more you can revise to improve your chapter's working order.
When revising chapter work, not everything needs to be looked at the same time! One way to do this would be using a little chart focused on brainstorming out to in in order to narrow down the focus on what is going to be changed. Sometimes, a little change can turn the whole thing around, and other times, it might be better to do a different workshop and change something big. Either way, progress is progress!

Everyone idea is added! This is a great way if your chapter is looking to do more but is struggling for ideas. This is also another way to allow for all members to have a chance to have a voice! When brainstorming, I would recommend starting with a topic and narrowing down ideas from there! I would encourage picking someone to facilitate who is being called on and who will be writing everything down.
