Initiatives

The first step to taking ACTION is a simple CONNECTION. The first pillar of the Junior Water Walkers is "CONNECT". From March 22 to April 14 we are encouraging kids to establish their connection with water by doing one or more of the following activities on our Connect page.

Teachers, please note all Connect activities are adaptable to any modality of learning!

Water connects us all! Teachers please share photos of your students' water connections with the Junior Water Walker Community on Instagram tagging @juniorwaterwalkers using the #juniorwaterwalkers hashtag or Twitter tagging @petectweets using the #JuniorWaterWalkers hashtag. Also include the #WorldWaterDay2022 hashtag! Please include your city, country and water source within the body of your post. **Remember the focus is on water, not people.
