Here you'll find many ideas, resources and inspiration to help students establish and strengthen their connection to water. Over time, when children are given opportunities to connect with water in their natural environments, they begin to reflect and come to know water for who it really is; the lifeblood of our planet earth. Once a strong connection to water is established and nourished, one comes to naturally respect it. Whatever it is in life that we respect, we will naturally want to protect.

The Junior Water Walkers not only aims to establish children's connections to water, it hopes to have kids come to know and understand themselves and one another better.
