communication

i think efective communication is

• being loud and clear when you speck

• listening to others

• expanding on others Ideas

• and being respectfull when others are talking

My role of being captain is to make sure everyone is in the right postion when on the field, having a good bond with all player, stay positive and not keep my head down and also keep the other team members heads up my saying positive thing when they get things wrong

1. It helped me a lot because i was the captain of the counter attack team. it helped me a lot because the kids in my team weren't very sporty and did like to play sport so it was hard keep them in position and to stick to a player and defend. This helped me because i don't normally come across people that don't like and play sport. In the end of the tournament it got easy because i had told them what to do and where to be so they new what they were doing.

2. it helps me at home to give more instruction of where i put things that i don't own like if i was to borrow my mums phone and i didn't put it back where i found then i would give good instruction on where i put it. also another example is when i play sport and even when i mountain bike if i'm teaching some how to do a jump or a trick.

3. if someone was getting mad at another player i would go and help them out and make them calm down instead for let him get more mad and agressive.

4. communication this term has been a mental challenge because it is hard not to get mad at team mates when they don't catch the ball or if they are not defending someone. It has helped me because when i next come across people like that in life i wont get as mad i will be able to control my anger over small little problems.

5. it has effected me good because i wont get as mad at my friend for small little problems. like if they don't catch a ball just the same as counter attack i wont get as mad.

6. if someone was cheating in a game i would not cheat with them and say it wasn't out of if i didn't get tagged i would say that it was out or that i got tagged. i would be honest instead of cheat.
