Positive attitude

How did i show a Positive attitude on Camp?

i participated in as much as i could and gave it my all. I did kayaking which i had only done once before i also did snorkelling which i found fun i also did cricket which was fun when the teachers were in and they would smash it to give us a catch so you always had to be ready. I also really enjoyed cooking with and for my team i just love eating what iv'e cooked because it makes me feel like iv'e accomplished something. I love boggy boarding to that was fun getting smashed by the waves even when a massive wave smashed me and i had hurt my head and had a headache i just kept going because i loved it and took the opportunity. I tried my best in all activity's because this is a rare opportunity and i thought i should take it and really go hard at it

How have i shown a Positive attitude in other areas of life?

sometimes when i'm home we have ice cream when there was only 3 ice creams and there was 4 kids i give up my ice cream and don't have one. also in sport for my cricket team we like to have a fair game an example of this was at a tournament a team was swearing at us calling us names but our team had a positive attitude we didn't retaliate and we ended up winning the game not saying anything to them because we had a positive attitude and we just kept our heads in the game. when my team was losing in a cricket game once we were losing we had our heads down and we had given up i was the only one chatting in the field saying we can still win this game and just like that bang bang bang 3 wickets fell and we were on top that's why you've always got to believe even if you think you cant win and we ended up winning that game by 2 runs

how can having a positive attitude effect my

physical well being

for me when i go to training i sometimes muck around and the batsmen in the nets doesn't get my best bowling that's my problem i need to always be bowling me best and trying to get better if i have a negative attitude then i'm not gonna get to my full potential.

Social wellbeing

the way that i have had a positive attitude towards friends and family is with my family i like to play board games with my Mum, My dad takes me out for Nets sessions with my brothers and sisters i try play games with them with my little brother if he doesn't win in a while then he will stop playing so i have to let him win but we both have a good time playing it. with my older brother we have very competitive games of backyard cricket and we are both laughing our heads of while doing it and with my sister me and her love to play boardgames as well and video games. So with my family we get on really well weather its the outdoors or inside on our devices or board games we all have fun together in some sort of way.

Spiritual wellbeing

my family and i all believe in God some more passionate than others but we all have our own ways of believing for me i pray most nights when i'm about to Bed i pray for a good day the next day and thank him for the day iv'e just had that's what my older brother does as well with my younger brother he praises God by singing he loves singing to worship songs and he prays that's the same with my Mum and dad as well.

Mental and emotional wellbeing

in my head i really need to work on thinking positively but sometimes i get negative thoughts like "you cant do it your not good enough" but for me i need to kick those thoughts of and continue with what im doing wheather it be in a cricket game or doing my school work i just need to work on a positive attitude with everything i do.
