Effort

Q.1. How did you display "Effort" in our "Gymnastics" or "More active, more often" units?

I always brought my PE gear and got changed quickly. Every lesson in both "Gymnastics" and "More active, more often" I tried my hardest to improve at the given sport and perform at the best of my abilities.

Q.2. How has "Effort" had a positive effect on another area of your life?

I play representative Water Polo for Tauranga, I used effort to turn up to as many training's as possible. Despite not being the fittest or fastest in the water I kept trying, taking it upon myself to join additional swim training so that I could advance more quickly. I stuck with it for the entire term and noticed a substantial advancement on my speed, endurance and power in the water.
