Taha Tinana, physical well being

My physical well being at the moment is close to the best its ever been, I play multiple sports: Water polo, mountain biking and swimming. I'm also doing ADP at school. Training's for those sports include: an early morning 9 kilometer urban ride too school for an hour of ADP, after school i ride to the polytechnic and swim 70 lengths in the pool, from there I ride back home and that's Mondays exercise done. Tuesday is a relatively exercise free day as I have my violin lesson and cant ride in to school. Wednesday is my school XC training day, I ride into school, then at 3.30pm the TBC MTB group leaves the school and rides around 20-25 kilometers and ends up back at the school, I then ride home. Thursday i ride into school, ride home and head out to my 45 minute water polo game. Friday I ride into school and ride home again. Saturday will often go for a mountain bike ride at the redwoods. Sunday i do an hour and a half of water polo training.

Taha Wairua, Spiritual well being.

My spiritual well being is stable and happy, I hang out with friends, I do what I love and I reflect on my actions often.

Taha Whanau, Family health

My family health is good, our family is happy. There isn't much money to go round which is an issue but I am still able to do most of the things i love to do.

My Psychological health is good, I have lots of friends, a supportive family who understands me.....mostly :D.
