Saying how I think I am going in an area of my Hauora and giving two strengths and two work-ons for each.
Hauora - Wellbeing
Taha Tinana (Physical)
I think I am going decent with fitness, I'm not the fittest person in the world, but I am not overweight either. I work out for about 30-45 minutes every week, I bike up to the shops or go to a friend's house every now and then, and I play a lot of Beat Saber (Arm work). I need to work on going out on bike rides more often and exercising more.
Taha Hinengaro (Spiritual)
I think I am doing well spiritually, I am happy most of the time at school and home, and I am also trying to be as cheery as I can and trying to have fun in most things, I think I need to work on my attitude towards crutches. -I think I'm going to hate them for the rest of my life, haha-
Taha Whanau (Social)
I think I am doing very well socially, I have many friends that I care about and have fun with, and I think that my newfound confidence has helped tremendously to that, I also think that I am also doing very well with interacting with new people. I think that I still need to work on being nice to people who aren't very nice to me and being more outgoing.
Taha Hinengaro (Mental & Emotional)
I think that my mental and emotional state is quite good, I am very strong after recovering from getting bullied for 5 years straight, I think the things that make my mental and emotional state strong is me being able to just ignore people when they annoy me or try to bully me and the other thing that would help make it strong would be me being able to take what people say and not take it to hard or just not caring about what they say. However, things that I need to work on would be working on not worrying about things like schoolwork and exams too much because I was getting very stressed out.
