Parents and carers will be sent a personalised link to the online application form, Edval. 

Please ensure that you update us if you have recently changed your email address. 

Students who have parents who live at separate addresses, and where both parents are registered as contacts and receive communications from Tavistock College, will both receive the application link. In this instance please try to ensure that only one application is made once your child has discussed his/her options with you.
